Thanks to the Monroe City Council for not revoking the ban on cannabis stores in the city. (There’s one up on Trombley Road already anyway.)
Thanks to America’s unending and juvenile preoccupation with “getting high,” the entire Central America and Mexico is now under control of the drug cartels — the real reason for the border crisis — and nobody is safe there.
We have had to deal with drunk driving forever. But now it’s heroin driving, meth driving, fentanyl driving, cocaine driving, cell phone (distracted) driving, and road rage driving, etc. etc. Do we really need to encourage and support pot driving too? (Not to mention constant pot store robberies?)
Isn’t it time to grow up and end substance abuse as a form of entertainment?
