I applaud Sheriff Adam Fortney for his decision not to enforce the unconstitutional stay-at-home order issued by the statist occupying the capitol building in Olympia. We live in a constitutional republic whereby checks and balances are in place to protect citizens from this kind of tyrannical overreach.
Our fundamental rights of freedom and choice must not be infringed under any circumstances by an opportunistic ideologue seeking to exercise unlawful power in a crisis simply because he thinks he can.
