Sound & Summit: Thanks for interesting magazine

I’m impressed with my copy of Sound & Summit magazine, especially this last winter edition.

Highlighted are local people from the Snohomish, Everett and Monroe area, which piques my interest since I live in Snohomish.

I also found the article on Big Bertha Highway 99 tunnel dig and photographer Catherine Bassetti very interesting since that news was such a well-followed event, whether from Seattle or most of Western Washington. The only question I have is where is Big Berta now?

Keep up the good work and publishing of such an interesting magazine.

Editor’s note: The Big Bertha tunnel boring equipment was disassembled at the end of its work. Its components were deemed not reusable and were scrapped.
