After reading the article about Vintage Cafe stepping in to help Gospel Mission with cooking meals (“Everett cafe steps in to feed homeless,” The Herald Dec. 21), I have added them to my list of places to go out of my way to patronize, as I did on a motorcycle ride this summer to eat at a restaurant that provided meals to firefighters.
Now if someone would just compile a list of businesses that figured they were above all their fellow citizen/competitors and stayed open against mandates and publish it so I would know which to avoid. If they were cavalier about covid, they might be cavalier about e-coli, cleaning and storage.
