We all deserve to be proud of his record

I recently received a deceptive mailer from Joe Marine that distorted Brian Sullivan’s record as mayor of Mukilteo. As a resident of Mukilteo, I appreciate Brian’s common-sense leadership and believe that it’s important to respond to this misleading Marine mailer with the facts:

– As Mayor, Brian Sullivan kept property taxes far below those in other communities in our area while establishing professional police and fire departments and building two fire stations, three schools and a library.

-Brian Sullivan won the first lease on the Mukilteo lighthouse.

-Brian Sullivan helped relieve traffic congestion and fought to protect ferry service and expand transportation options in the area.

– During his eight years in office, Brian Sullivan moved the city’s budget from a $1.2 million deficit to $3 million in reserves.

Brian Sullivan is a proven leader with a record the entire 21st District can be proud of. I urge you to join me in supporting Brian Sullivan for state representative.
