Great again?
What are they chanting about? What does the word great actually mean to them? The United States of America has never stopped being “great” since the Declaration of Independence was signed, the Constitution was written and we became a democracy.
If they mean “white again” they must know this country we call America was never “white.”
This country we possessed was already inhabited by native tribes we called “Indians.” The tribes are still here.
Before we became independent from England, through a war, we imported thousands of Africans to work as slaves. The descendants of those slaves are citizens of the great United States. Do they propose reducing them back to non-citizens?
Great Again? What are they thinking? What does that word mean to the chanters?
