Why should celebrities’ endorsements matter to us?

I am sick and tired of the bashing between political parties. Whatever happened to civility? Endorsements by Hollywood celebrities mean nothing to me. They will all starve if waiting for my buck. The often-excessive indulgence, debauchery and immoral lifestyles of these so-called entertainers is sickening.

We all need to wake up and smell the proverbial coffee and begin to think for ourselves and not rely on the tainted media or celebrities to tell us what to think and for whom to vote. Their existence in the ivory towers is pathetically devoid of the reality of most Americans and the struggle to survive and/or thrive in our culture.
