As we get close to Form 1040 time, the Herald article about Zab Thai restaurant and its owner (“Thai restaurant allegedly dodged sales taxes for years,” The Herald, Dec. 27) may confirm my theory that if you are willing to cheat everybody (allegedly under-reported sales and sales tax due the state and everybody), you will cheat anybody (as she did when she allegedly charged customers 9.5 percent instead of the correct 9.2 precent). Wonder what she reports to IRS.
