This week’s featured new home is a two-story design with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Built by Alexander Reed Construction, the home is in the Montage at Mill Creek subdivision.
A covered front porch features a cedar soffit and an arched entryway. The foyer is decked with oak flooring enhanced by a floral design of inlaid marble tile and a craftsman-style chandelier.
Formal living and dining rooms are positioned to the left and benefit from millwork that extends throughout the home. Other features include arched openings, shadowboxing, chair railing, crown molding complemented by two-tone paint and wood-wrapped windows.
Two square-shaped pedestals resting on granite slab bases support the arched opening to the dining room. This oversized room features a double-coffered ceiling augmented by a high transom window and a chandelier.

Wrought iron balusters, theater lighting and an arched window highlight the passage that leads upstairs.
A master suite features a vaulted ceiling with extra-deep crown molding, indirect lighting and a built-in gas fireplace trimmed with natural stone tile.
An extra-large, five-piece master bathroom and a sprawling walk-in wardrobe closet complete the suite. Bathroom amenities include a private toilet room, ceramic tile flooring, crown molding, a jetted corner soaker tub and a freestanding shower with body spray nozzles and floor-to-ceiling tile.
Also in the upper level are three additional bedrooms, a full bath, a laundry room and an expansive leisure room accessed via French doors. This room has a clerestory window and two built-in desks, each with a laminate top and a tile backsplash.
The bathroom has a ceramic tile floor, a skylight, a double vanity topped with tile and a private room for the toilet and shower and tub combination that has dual overhead shower nozzles.
