This week’s feature is a sprawling, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath three-story at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Monroe with territorial and mountain views from the Cascades to the Olympics.

It has more than 3,514 square-fee, two natural-gas, forced-air furnaces, sewer and city water. It’s pre-wired and pre-plumbed for security, surround sound, central vacuum and a hot tub.

The lower level has a garage capable of parking four vehicles. There’s also a large bonus room and a full bath.

On the main level are living and dining rooms, family room, kitchen with nook eating area, home office and powder room.

The third level has a master suite, three additional bedrooms, full bath and utility room.

Oak flooring with black walnut inlays extends throughout much of the main level. The second level includes a chandelier.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling and an arched opening to the dining room.

The family room has a raised hearth and gas log-burning fireplace. French doors open to a large cedar deck.

The kitchen has a black granite slab top with curved breakfast bar and drop-down lighting. There are alder-paneled cabinets, stainless-steel appliances and a walk-in pantry.

A pass-through window above the sink opens to a nook on the opposite side. A door opens to an exposed aggregate patio and the backyard.

The home office includes a closet, making a fifth bedroom an option. A powder room completes the level.

The master suite dominates the third floor. It has a five-piece bathroom completed with ceramic tiled flooring, double vanity topped with tile, soaker tub encased in a tile surround, and a freestanding shower with dual heads, ceramic surround with metal medallion accents and clear glass enclosure.

The three additional bedrooms are served by a full bath finished with a double vanity topped with ceramic tile and a private toilet with faux white tile fiberglass shell shower-tub combination.

The upstairs utility includes built-in overhead cabinets and laundry tub encased in a ceramic countertop.
