Today’s featured home is a custom new-construction tri-level on west Camano Island, just south of the Madrona area. It has three bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms, and is on a 5.47-acre bluff lot overlooking Saratoga Passage, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mountains. Ownership includes use of a community tram that accesses a private beach.
