A four-bedroom, 2.75-bath contemporary two-story on a 3.5-acre lot in the Loma Lake area is our featured home today. It was built in 1999.

The completely fenced and gated property includes RV parking, a four-stall barn with tack and feed room, a 60 feet by 90 feet outdoor arena, a garden shed, and 3 acres of cleared, fenced pasture.

The home’s front door opens to a small foyer with oak flooring and a switchback staircase ascending to the upper level.

To the left is a formal living room with an adjacent formal dining area. Both have pale neutral sculpted Berber carpeting.

The living room has a large window overlooking the front yard, and a gas fireplace with cultured marble hearth and surround. An alcove is positioned above the fireplace.
