Our featured home this week is a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit in the Belmonte Heights development in Everett. It overlooks a marina, the Snohomish river and valley, and the Cascade Mountains. When completed, the development will include a neighborhood park with picnic tables and children’s play area, a sport court and walking trails.
The Craftsman-style townhome includes three levels, starting with a tandem two-car garage enclosed by a single door with privacy glass and wired for an electric opener.
Stairs lead upward to the main living level, which consists of a great-room combining formal living and dining rooms, the kitchen and a powder room.
