Western Conference boys and girls basketball coaches met earlier today and selected the 2010-2011 All-Wesco teams.

Stanwood boys basketball coach Zach Ward sent me the Wesco North boys hoops list (see below). I’ll post the rest of the all-league picks as soon as I get them.
