EVERETT — Steven Rivas homered and drove in three runs and the Tri-City Dust Devils scored at least one run in each of the first five innings in a 7-2 win over the Everett AquaSox on Tuesday night in the first of a six-game series at Funko Field.
Alberto Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with a triple, James Parker had two hits, and Harry Ford went 1-for-4 with an RBI for the AquaSox, who have dropped four of five after a six-game win streak.
Jonatan Clase had a base hit and stole his league-leading 17th base of the season for Everett (11-10).
Arol Vera, Alexander Ramirez and Osmy Gregorio also drove in runs for Tri-City (9-12).
