EVERETT — Connor Dewar scored just 17 seconds into overtime and the Everett Silvertips beat the Seattle Thunderbirds 2-1 on Pink the Rink night at Angel of the Winds Arena.
Bryce Kindopp also had a goal and Dustin Wolf had 16 saves for the Silvertips (3-2-0) in the win.
Every ticket purchased for the game included a donation to the Pink the Rink Fund, benefiting Providence General Foundation in support of breast health activities, mammograms for women, and services and support for men’s and women’s health in Snohomish County, for those facing financial challenges
