Everett | Boys Basketball

The junior scored 21 points in Everett’s 64-58 upset victory over Arlington on Friday. Bell scored 11 points earlier in the week in a loss to Marysville Pilchuck. The win over Arlington moved Everett one game ahead of Oak Harbor for fourth place in the Wesco 3A North.

Arlington | Girls Basketball

The freshman came off the bench and scored 28 points, including a school-record nine 3-pointers, in the Eagles’ 79-58 win over Stanwood on Wednesday. Arlington went on to secure a Wesco 3A North championship and will be the No. 1 seed in the upcoming district tournament which begins later this week.

The Eagles had seven wrestlers reach the finals at Saturday’s Wesco 3A North Sub-Regionals at Stanwood High School. Two of the Arlington wrestlers went on to win their weight class. The top four wrestlers from each weight classification advanced to the regional round this weekend.

Everett | Girls bowling

Goldfinch placed fifth in the 2A/3A state bowling championships this past weekend at Narrows Plaza Bowl in University Place. Goldfinch had a 234 high game and finished with a total score of 1,188.
