Mariner 65, Kamiak 51

MUKILTEO — Tijan Saine scored 23 points and Naser Motley added 20 as Mariner beat Kamiak to clinch the Wesco 4A title on Friday night.

It’s the Marauders’ first league title since 2003.

Jailin Johnson scored 14 points for Mariner (13-6, 7-0 Wesco 4A), which will enter the 4A District 1/2 Tournament as the top seed from Wesco. Mariner will face the winner of a play-in game on Feb. 12.

Josiah Pierre scored a game-high 26 points, Riley Weimer added 15 and Nolan Martin chipped in 14 for Kamiak (8-8, 1-6).

Glacier Peak 59, Jackson 57

MILL CREEK — Jo Lee led four Glacier Peak scorers in double figures with 16 points and the Grizzlies held off Jackson in a hard-fought leage game on Friday night.

Torey Watkins scored 15 points, Aidan Davis added 12 and Bobby Siebers chipped in 10 for Glacier Peak (11-4, 5-2 Wesco 4A).

Syla Williams and Henry Armstrong scored 15 points each, and Drilon Veliu added 11 for Jackson (11-6, 2-5).

WESCO 3A/2A

Meadowdale 49, Cascade 46

LYNNWOOD — Noad Alemu made a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer as Meadowdale earned a thrilling league victory over Cascade on Friday night.

Alemu finished the game with 14 points and four assists, and Aiden Bloomquist had 16 points and eight rebounds for Meadowdale (2-13, 2-10 Wesco 3A/2A).

Devin Gilbert scored a game-high 19 points and added 10 rebounds, and Aidan Kopra chipped in 10 points for Cascade (7-9, 7-7).

Cedarcrest 61, Lynnwood 54

LYNNWOOD — Jack Leblanc filled the stat sheet with 18 points, 10 steals, seven rebounds and seven assists to help Cedarcrest to a league win over Lynnwood.

Isaiah Del Degan scored 15 points and Timmy Ojeda-Silva added 10 for Cedarcrest (7-9, 5-8 Wesco 3A/2A).

Keegan Williams scored 12 points and Bayley Evans chipped in eight for Lynnwood (0-15, 0-13).

Shorewood 59, Snohomish 52

SHORELINE — Canon Sanders led four Shorewood scorers in double figures with 13 points as the Thunderbirds earned a close league win over Snohomish.

Jaden Messner and Rahmatullah Salim scored 12 points each and Ethan Farley added 10 for Shorewood (5-11, 5-8 Wesco 3A/2A).

Amari Biggs scored a team-high 12 points, Andrew Seminara had 11 and Jason Roth scored 10 for Snohomish (4-12, 2-10).

Shorecrest 60, Monroe 43

MONROE — Elijah Johnson scored a game-high 20 points as Shorecrest raced past Monroe for its 13th win in 14 games.

Parker Baumann scored 12 points and Kai Cannady added nine for Shorecrest (17-2, 12-2 Wesco 3A/2A).

Steve Kuhnle scored at team-high 17 points and Tyler Hogan chipped in eight for Monroe (4-11, 4-9).
