EVERETT — Erica Martin hit four 3-pointers and scored 12 points and Jay Pittman added 10 points as the Chargers scored a season-best 47 points in a win over Cascade.

Hayden Robinson and Chloe Downing each chipped seven points for Marysville Getchell (2-2).

Abbey Surowiec netted a game-high 16 points and Claire Mitchell added 13 for the Bruins (0-1).

Arlington 59, Lake Washington 41

ARLINGTON — Keira Marsh scored 16 points and Jenna Villa added 15 to lead the Eagles to a non-league victory over Lake Washington.

Arlington (2-0) held the 2020 Class 3A state runner-up Kangaroos to a season-low scoring output while allowing 12 points or less in each quarter.

Kierra Reese added nine points on 3 of 6 shooting from beyond the arc.

Rosa Smith paced Lake Washington (2-2) with 11 points.
