BOYS BASKETBALL

Glacier Peak 66, Stanwood 54

SNOHOMISH — Bobby Siebers scored 17 points and Glacier Peak used a 10-0 run to start the fourth quarter to pull away for a win over Stanwood in an early non-league boys basketball matchup of two of the area’s top contenders on Wednesday night.

Aidan Davis scored 16 points, Torey Watkins added 11 and Adam Thomas chipped in 10 for Glacier Peak (2-0).

Kolten Bartram-Scott scored a team-high 16 points, Kaeden McGlothin added 10 and Mack Hepper scored nine for Stanwood (1-2).

Bellingham 59, Meadowdale 47

LYNNWOOD — Aiden Bloomquist scored a team-high 16 points and added four steals, but Meadowdale fell in a non-league contest to Bellingham on Wednesday night.

Jeremy Kim had eight points, four assists and three steals, and Henock Tsegay added seven points for Meadowdale (0-3).

Henry Sheldrup led Bellingham (2-1) with 19 points.

Jackson 96, Cascade 55

MILL CREEK — Sylas Williams scored 28 points and Drilon Veliu added 21 as Jackson cruised to a non-league win over Cascade.

Bradley Tharp scored 13 points and Ryan McFerran added nine for Jackson (3-0).

Devin Gilbert scored a team-high 15 points and Aidan Kopra chipped in 12 for Cascade (0-2).

Sultan 69, Lynnwood 61

SULTAN — Toby Trichler scored 22 points and Tyler Sargent added 15 as Sultan pulled out a hard-fought non-league win over Lynnwood.

Westin Bauer scored 12 points and Eli Trichler added 11 for Sultan (3-1).

Keegan Williams scored a team-high 17 points and Tommy McMahon chipped in 15 for Lynnwood (0-2).

Shorecrest 75, Shorewood 58

SHORELINE — Elijah Johnson scored a game-high 24 points and Devon Nehring added 14 as Shorecrest stayed perfect early in the season with a non-league win over rival Shorewood.

Newton Pepple scored 12 points and Parker Baumann added 10 for Shorecrest (3-0).

Canon Sanders scored 18 points, including four 3-pointers, and Rahmatullah Salim added 14 for Shorewood (0-2).

Lincoln (Seattle) 64, Snohomish 62

SNOHOMISH — Amari Biggs scored 24 points and Drew Davis added 19, but Snohomish was edged by Lincoln of Seattle in a non-league game.

Andrew Seminara added 10 points for Snohomish (1-1).
