Kindopp, 20, potted a team-high 39 goals in a breakout season, which bolstered his draft stock. He appeared for the first time in NHL Central Scouting’s ranking in the final edition at 170th and possessed an outside chance of being taken as an “overager” in the 2019 draft. He isn’t eligible for the draft next season.
Also on the roster are four fellow Western Hockey League players, including the No. 5 overall pick, Vancouver’s Bowen Byram.
