Silvertips fall to Tri-City for third straight loss

Everett fell in a 3-0 hole before ultimately losing 4-1.

KENNEWICK — The Tri-City Americans scored the game’s first three goals and topped the Everett Silvertips 4-1 Saturday at Toyota Center.

It was the the third straight loss for the Silvertips.

Marc Lajoie, Petr Moravec, Connor Bouchard and Saha Mutala scored goals for the Americans (19-43-6-0, 42 points). Mutala and Lukas Dragicevic each had two assists.

Michal Gut scored the lone goal for Everett (45-12-5-5, 100).

Tomas Suchanek had 25 saves on 26 chances for Tri-City.

Braden Holt stopped 19 of 22 shots for the Silvertips.
