Bluegrass is one of the fastest selling communities in Snohomish County, achieving nearly 200 sales in the first year open. One of the very first homebuyers at Bluegrass was Ryan Stokke, a customer care representative for Mosaic. He said that he started his search for his first home on the Internet, “I really thought that I could find something cooler and less expensive than Bluegrass.
