New exhibits to open at SHM

On Saturday Nov. 11, the Shoreline Historical Museum will open the exhibit “Welcome to Lake Forest Park” in celebration of Lake Forest Park’s 45th anniversary as an incorporated city.

Learn about its history, and see its development and changes through the eyes of citizens whose stories are quoted throughout the exhibit. In conjunction with the history exhibit, the Shoreline- Lake Forest Park Arts Council is opening a new gallery show, “Exploring the Arts in Lake Forest Park,” which uses quotes and images from Arts Council events in Lake Forest Park.

Both exhibits open during the Museum’s Annual Meeting which begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11.
