Spend money to fund programs

I’m so excited. I just heard about the tax rebate I’m going to receive. My prayers have been answered. We are finally living in a country where social services and healthcare are so overly funded that we will all now reap the reward.

I’m eligible for a whole $300, while my son continues to spend his time between the county jail and short-term psychiatric care because of the lack of beds available in our overly funded mental hospitals. Get a clue, George W., your feeble attempts to garner enough votes to actually win a popular election would be better spent funding programs that could do some real good.

Keep the money you’ve already taken and give me and my son some peace of mind.
