Perhaps Bush ought to go back to Texas

Regarding Iola Rowland’s May 9, letter titled “Cuba visit: Tell Carter he and his friends can stay”:

There are many of us who disagree with the letter writer. We think that President Bush should take his friends and the Republican Party, especially Mr. Ashcroft, and their statue-clothing, gun-loving, anti-environment, pro big-business ways back to Texas – and never darken the doors of the White House again.
