Kids just want to start school soon

I’m 13 years old and I go to school in Snohomish. I’m writing to you about the tachers’ strike. It’s not like I want to go to school but I don’t want to be in school all summer. I care about the teachers but it’s not fair to us students. Also, the parents are probably tired of us kids. They need a break. I think we should just set a date and if the teachers haven’t made a budget by that date they just have to live with what they already have.
