A wonderful way to fix up your home

I am so glad you brought attention to Everett’s Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) in the Sept. 21 story, “Everett program helps with loans for home fix-ups.” This is a wonderful way for those on limited incomes to fix up their homes. Many years ago, as a newly divorced mom, I bought a home in the Lowell area. CHIP helped me put on a new roof and gutters, repair a sagging front porch, replace rotting eaves, etc. What a blessing they are.
