Emeric graduates: Maryleen Emeric, Snohomish, received a bachelor of arts degree in international politics and economics at Middlebury College in Vermont.
Shepherd studies science: William Shepherd, Everett, has been accepted to Northwestern University’s Integrated Science Program as a freshman. The program is a selective curriculum of natural sciences and mathematics presented predominantly in small classes at an accelerated pace. Students can receive a bachelor of arts degree after three years.
Shepherd, a graduate of Cascade High School, was a National Merit Finalist and a member of the National Honor Society.
Merrill-Currie scholarship: McKaslyn Merrill-Currie of Snohomish received a half-tuition Heritage Scholarship at Denison University in Ohio.
