LAKE STEVENS – Ryan Verdugo pitched a no-hitter Tuesday for Lake Stevens as the Vikings posted their first Wesco North win of the season, 5-0 over Stanwood.
Verdugo struckout 10 batters and walked four as he improved to 2-0.
Dane Gilbertson provided the largest portion of the offense for Lake Stevens, batting 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI.
