Third Down Ugliness

If I’m Washington State, I take a knee on the first two downs and just get to third down. The Cougars are 6-for-8 on third downs, most of them third-and-longs. The Cougars are outgaining Washington 139-46 and Washington has one rushing yard.

C.J. Wallace had to be helped off the field with a leg injury. They’ve got him on a training table and are looking at him. Chris Hemphill is in at strong safety.

Marcel Reece has also been playing a lot and it’s been as an outside receiver, which is a change. He’s normally been in the slot.
