Tied at half

Somehow, the Huskies and Bruins are tied at 10 heading into their locker rooms. Aside from two long Jake Locker runs (33 and 30 yards), the UW offense has done very little. If not for that Bruins turnover on a Washington punt, it would be a different story at the half.
The Huskies can’t be too upset being tied at halftime in road game, but they’re going to have to do a lot of things better to win. Locker hasn’t been impressive throwing the ball, and the defense is giving up too many big plays and missing too many tackles.
The Huskies have 99 rushing yards and only 132 yards of total offense. Locker has 77 of those rushing yards on 11 carries, but has completed only 5 of 12 passes for 33 yards. UCLA has 283 yards of total offense, 140 on the ground and 143 passing.
