Overton is eligible

Good news for the UW basketball team came today.
We just learned that Venoy Overton, a standout at Seattle’s Franklin High School, was cleared today by the NCAA Clearinghouse to play basketball this season. Overton’s academic eligibility had been in question, but the 6-foot point guard is now eiligible to play.
