It’s the Insurance Commissioner’s job

Please vote no on Referendum 67. While I am no fan of the insurance companies, I recognize that in order to have competitive rates, we need to have more insurance companies willing to do business in our state. Our state’s Insurance Commissioner is a strong advocate for consumers and has more than adequate authority and power to protect us. The last thing we need is another law encouraging trial lawyers to bring more lawsuits. Please join me in voting no.
