Huskies catch a break, lead by eight at half

Washington is up 28-20 at the half after another touchdown off a Cal turnover. After forcing a Washington three and out, the Bears turned the ball over on the ensuing punt, as a Cal blocker bumped into Jeremy Ross, who was attempting the fair catch. The intial ruling was that Ross did not touch the ball, giving Cal possession, but that was reviewed and overturned.

Washington capitalized four plays later on a Carl Bonnell to Marcel Reece 12-yard touchdown. I’ll post a few stats when we get them shortly.
