It’s final, UW wins 82-68

Eastern fought back a bit late, cutting Washington’s lead, which was as big as 22 points, down to nine in the final minutes, but the Huskies held on for the 82-68 win. Next up is a trip to New York for a meeting with Texas A&M in the semifinals of the NIT Season Tip-Off. A&M will give the Huskies a much tougher test than anything they’ve faced thus far.

Brockman led the way again for Washington, scoring a game-high 28 points after scoring 31 in his last game. Justin Dentmon added 16 points, seven assists and five rebounds.
