Happy Thanksgiving, here are some links

Hope everyone is having a nice Thanksgiving, and enjoying time with friends, family and football, and not reading this blog. But just in case here’s some Husky news.

If you missed it last night, the Husky men’s basketball team lost to 16th-ranked Texas A&M in New York last night. Good effort from Jon Brockman, but he didn’t have a lot of help.

On to football (I hear there’s some sort of Apple thingy going on Saturday). Here’s our UW notebook, which leads off with the Washington offensive line, which has been playing really well of late.

We also have this feature on WSU quarterback Alex Brink, who is playing in the last game of his record-setting career.

And if you’re looking for something to do tomorrow and don’t want to go shopping, there are plenty of UW related activities to do. At 11:30, there’s the Apple Cup Anniversary Rally at the Qwest Field Exhibition Center. You can get details here.

There is also a women’s basketball game at 2 p.m., and if you want to stick around after that, you can see Pac-10 co-player of the year Ely Allen and the rest of the men’s soccer team host Portland at 6 p.m. in the first round of the NCAA tournament.

Enjoy your turkey.
