Washington State now leads 28-20 after a six-play, 57-yard scoring drive. Brink was 4 for 4 on the drive, including a 16-yard completion to Bradon Gibson, who made a great catch on the sideline on third-and-15. On the next play Brink found Jeshua Anderson open in the end zone for a 28-yard score after the receiver ran right past Byron Davenport.
And now the Cougars have the ball back after an interception. After getting great field position thanks to a 42-yard kick return by Luke Kravitz (not, that’s not a typo) a Jake Locker pass was bobbled by tight end Michael Gottlieb and intercepted. That’s the Huskies fifth drop so far.
