Cougars win 42-35

The Cougars scored two touchdowns in the final seven and a half minutes, both long pass plays from Alex Brink to Brandon Gibson, to win their third Apple Cup in four years.

Brink hit a wide open Gibson for a 35-yard score with 31 seconds left for the game winner.

The Huskies had a couple of cracks at the end zone from the 40 yard line in the final seconds, but Locker’s final attempt was intercepted as time ran out.
