Bill Baker and Madalyn Mincks were honored by Everett Exchange Club as its boy and girl of the month. Wes Duce, longtime member of the sponsoring club, made the presentation. Bill was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Baker, and Madalyn the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Charles B. Mincks.
25 years ago (1982)
The Fred Jacobson and Ken Kvangnes families put the finishing touches on their home decorations on N. Pine Street in Snohomish and the full neighborhood display was in full operation. Santa would be on hand this weekend.
Dr. Darrell Turner of Darrington was the new vice president of the Washington State Farm Bureau. He was elected at the organization’s state convention in Yakima a week ago.
