A low scoring affair

With seven minutes left in the first half, it’s 10-10. Neither team is shooting well, as Washington has made five of 14 shots (35.7 percent) and WSU has made four of 16 (25 percent).

WSU took an 8-2 lead with an 8-0, but after the Huskies ended a seven-minute scoring drought, they went on their own 8-0 run to take the lead.

And for what it’s worth, this place is as loud as I’ve heard it this season, which I guess shouldn’t be surprising given the fact that it’s the Pac-10 opener. Pretty good showing from the Coug fans as well here tonight.
