UW vs. Cal coming up

It’s about 10 minutes until tipoff between the Huskies and California. Washington is looking to recover from Thursday’s loss to Stanford, while Cal is trying to build on the momentum it got from beating No. 9 WSU in Pullman.
A reminder that Cal is playing today without starting center DeVon Hardin, who is back in Berkeley with a viral infection.
If you’re watching on TV, you might see a couple things unsual. For one, there will be a lot of fans in white T-shirts instead of purple. In case you can’t read them on your TV screen (get a bigger TV, the Super Bowl is tomorrow) they say “Dawgs vs. Cancer. The players were also wearing the shirts during shootaround. You’ll also notice that coaches are dressed a bit more casually than normal, wearing polo shirts and sneakers.
The reason for both is to show support for Coaches vs. Cancer.
