No. 9 Cal 56, Oregon State 45: At Corvallis, Ore., Natasha Vital scored all 17 of her points in the second half to lead the Golden Bears to a win against the Beavers. The Golden Bears survived an 11-point first half to get their 20th win, giving California consecutive 20-win seasons for just the second time in school history. California had more turnovers (12) than points (11) at the half.

No. 6 Stanford 72, Oregon 43: At Eugene, Ore., Candice Wiggins had 25 points, eight rebounds and four assists, and the Cardinal rode a commanding first half to a victory over the Ducks. Kayla Pedersen scored 13 of her 17 points in the first half, and Jayne Appel had 14 points, eight rebounds and five blocks for the Cardinal (21-3 overall, 10-2 Pac-10), who have won nine in a row. Nicole Canepa had 12 points for Oregon (10-13, 4-8), which shot 32.1 percent.
