‘Witless Protection’

Larry the Cable Guy and Ivana Milicevic star in “Witless Protection,” opening today without screenings for reviewers. The story centers on a small-town sheriff who witnesses what he believes is a kidnapping and rushes to rescue a woman. The kidnappers turn out to be FBI agents assigned to deliver her to a corruption trial in Chicago. The agents are later found to be on the take and are bent on killing the witness. The movie, rated PG-13 for crude and sex-related humor, opens today at Alderwood Mall, Everett, Marysville, Meridian, Woodinville, Cascade Mall.
