City set to decide on stream, wetland buffers

The meeting is 7 p.m. at the Lake Stevens School District Educational Services Center, 12309 22nd Street NE.

The city is proposing to widen the no-build areas around wetlands and streams, with flexibility allowed for environmentally friendly design.
