Thanks to Sultan mayor for helping seniors

Published 12:42 pm Friday, January 9, 2009

As December was coming to an end, the snow here in Sultan fell heavy upon Cherry Hills Mobile Estates, where mostly seniors live. I, being the manager, had to do something. So I called our mayor, Carolyn Eslick, and asked for help.

She in turn sent us the help via a nice guy named David, and while he was working on the snow, I made calls to the residents to ask for a donation to help with the expense of the machinery used, and his time and gas.

The residents of Cherry Hills Mobile Estates would like to send a warm “thank you” to Carolyn for making our streets here in the park clear of the snow, so the residents could get out for groceries and their medicines.
