Noise regulations should apply to all

As far as the Navy playing bugle calls at the present noise level, rules are rules. It has nothing to do with being patriotic or feeling grateful to live in the United States. If I placed a huge speaker in my front yard and started playing at a level that could be heard a mile away, what would happen? I’m not sure of the fine, but I am sure the police would be at my front door with my options and one of them wouldn’t be to continue with my inconsiderate ways. What’s wrong with just being a good neighbor?
