Move if you can’t handle the ‘noise’

All you whiners about the morning bugle call are so fortunate. I live in Marysville two blocks from the railroad tracks and we hear trains and whistles throughout the day and night. Marysville has a number of railroad crossings throughout the city and therefore necessitates almost continuous whistle noise from one end of town to the other. This is a 24/7 issue.

After awhile you just get accustomed to the noise and it never even wakes you at night. So all you folks who can’t cool your jets over the noise, why don’t you move to the dingleberries and then you can hear the roosters crowing and the cows mooing.

Your attitudes really irritate me, so get over it. Life is too short to complain over a tradition that will always be a part of the Navy, which I was a proud member of at one time.
