Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, City Council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The agenda includes a proposed agreement between the city and developer OliverMcMillan of San Diego to apply for new market tax credits to be used to develop the Everett Riverfront District.
Everett Parks and Recreation Board of Commissioners, 6 p.m. Tuesday, Spruce Hall, Forest Park, 802 E. Mukilteo Blvd., Everett. The board plans to vote on a recommendation on what to do with hundreds of acres of city-owned farmland known as the Marshlands. The recommendation will go to the planning commission.

Marysville Planning Commission, 7 tonight, City Hall Municipal Court building, 1049 State Ave. Public hearings on regulations covering accessory structures and on long-range building plans for the Marysville, Lakewood and Lake Stevens school districts are planned.

Stanwood City Council and Planning Commission, joint workshop meeting on comprehensive plan amendments, 5:30 p.m. Thursday, administration board room, Stanwood-Camano School District, 26920 Pioneer Highway. Regular council meeting follows at 7 p.m.
