Central Scouting final rankings out

Hmmm.
The NHL Central Scouting Bureau’s final rankings for the upcoming NHL draft were released this morning, and I think they may have missed the boat on Everett’s Byron Froese. Froese is ranked 85th among North American skaters, which is up about 15-20 spots from the mid-term rankings, but something tells me he would have finished higher if the CSB had waited until after the U-18s, where Froese is starring.
Also for Everett, Kellan Tochkin is ranked 139th among North American skaters, which is down 30-35 spots from the mid-term rankings. Tyler Maxwell, who had been ranked around 150th at the mid term, dropped off the list, which included 210 players. Cameron Abney did not make the rankings.
